Easy to get to, quite and super comfortable

We arrived late, but the front desk lady was super nice and chill ! We have book this hotel for the past 5 years every time we have to stay in the e area

I was traveling with my pets for 1 night only. It was great I got a room on 1st floor with glass sliding door with access to outdoors! That was a plus! However, the NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee charged in the amount of $100 was very disappointing!

They should tell you they turn the TV on before you scan your room key b/c it was a surprise to me. My first thoughts was somebody in the room the TV was on loud and trash and pile of sheets outside door on floor. The really nice lady gave me another room.

Excellent

Hotel and rooms were excellent. Staff at front desk was not super helpful. We asked if rhey had a room avail and she said yes but.they dont take walk ins and them just stared at me. I went on phone and made reservation and rhen she was able to check us in

Nothing special

The rooms are poorly lit and dated, with no USB charging ports. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This is a dated property, our king bed room was dark with few lights and there wasn’t a single USB charging port to be found anywhere. Wifi and breakfast are not free of charge, and the “bistro” scheme for serving breakfast seems contrived. Our room was tidy with no bad odors, but if you look too close, you’ll see that housekeeping doesn’t bother with cleaning the corners of rugs and floors. Our interactions with the staff were pleasant and we had no problems when we made requests for things like extra towels.
