"Séjour agréable dans un hôtel confortable"

Accueil sympathique et professionnel. Hôtel calme malgré des groupes (séminaires) très bruyants. Petit déjeuner copieux. Emplacement agréable mais un peu loin du centre-ville.

Travaux de rénovation à notre étage ! Le buffet de petit déjeuner manque d’éclairage (il faut se pencher sur les produits pour lire les étiquettes). Les prestations sont un peu décevantes pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Le centre de bien-être sur place est merveilleux avec piscine, hammam, spa , sauna, soins "Spa 5 mondes". Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et varié. Le restaurant bistronomique sur place vraiment très chouette. Une qualité de service irréprochable. Enfin l'emplacement et la vue sur la Canche de notre chambre était magique!

"War ok, aber nicht nochmal für das Geld."

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Es duftet super in der Lobby und die Parkplätze sind kostenfrei.

Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wir hatten das ein oder andere Haar im Zimmer, das nicht zu uns gehörte. Auch der Poolbereich ist nicht sehr schön, mit defekten Liegen bzw. Bänken.
