Owners are very nice. Property is in a great location. Everything was clean.

For me personally, the bed was too hard but it would be fine for many others. I just have a very fussy back.

Unique property perfectly located for those going on a cruise ship. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They lined up transportation to the port at ten Euros a person. Nice breakfast of pastries, coffee, and tea and a well Stocked refrigerator all included in the price. This is not a luxury hotel but it was clean and comfortable and perfect for our situation.

Property is located close to shops, port and lots of restaurants. We gladly stay there. Francesco is a great communicator.

Mariam was very welcoming! She even gave us an italy magnet to show her appreciation for us staying there An abundance of snacks and “breakfast” items were left in the room along with beverages, all for us to enjoy. The room was comfy and very clean. Highly recommend!!!

The property was exceptionally clean, the lovely lady who checked us in was so helpful and Francesco, the owner, accommodated our early arrival on the train with no issues at all. There were items in the minibar for us, a welcome gift, and an Italian breakfast basket. There is also a lift in the building for luggage.

I can’t think of anything negative! Location, cleanliness and service were all excellent!

Very ventrally located, easy walking to many restaurants and the beach and port area.

Doskonałe miejsce dla tych, którzy wybierają się na rejs statkiem z portu Civitavechia. Do przystanku skąd odjeżdżają autobusy na statek zaledwie kilkaset metrów. Obiekt zlokalizowany w samym centrum, a jednak w pokojach cichutko. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, komfortowe łazienki, czysto. Właściciele bardzo życzliwi i pomocni. Polecam!
