Francesco is an amazing host! He greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the property and gave us an amazing history of the building and the area. The room itself is comfortable and very clean. Great location, right in the heart of the city! Great shops and restaurants all around.

"Great Place in Civitavecchia"

Great location for cruisers. Host went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcomed. Nice room, very clean and comfortable. Host helped with transport to cruise ship and even offered help when we get back. Would absolutely recommend it here to stay.

Stayed overnight for cruise. They insisted we take pay for their van to take us half a mile to port. Also don’t use their recommended eatery

Perfect location for the port. The area is beautiful with lots of special restaurants. SEMPLICE is very close and they serve the best cappuccino EVER!!!

"Chambre parfaite avec un hôte très accueillant."

Belle chambre avec une spacieuse salle de bain très propre. Cet endroit est très bien situé à 5 minutes de la station de train et de multiples restaurants. Francesco l’hôte est très gentil et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est sommaire mais parfait pour un départ rapide.
