Hotel Mini

Stay away from this shared accommodation. They advertise as HOTEL but it is less than a hostal. The rooms are incredible small, full of all artifacts, and old giant furniture. The doors hardly work so you have to lock them to go to the bathroom which has no towels, paper towels or tissue paper. You basically have to take all that with you. The manager promised a nice room and attempted to charge me $300 dollars damage deposit. They couldn’t speak very good English so it was difficult to communicate. But they basically said they were “repairing doors”. The bedding was old and air conditioning did not work. I complained to the manager when she notified me that a face towel was dirty and they had taken $30 dollars. She threatened with saying i had left a mess in the room and they had proof. I expressed my concerns for the level of falsehoods and i will be calling Expedia to advise of this situation. Likely the worst hotel and customer service i have ever experienced. Especially when you book a double standard room and you are given a tiny room with a sink and a mini bottle of men’s anti dandruff shampoo. Avoid at all cost. Paying less can be quite expensive in the long run.

This is more of a hostel than a hotel. When something is called a "hotel" you have a certain expectation. There were no chairs or desks, no lamps (just the big overhead light), no decor, and no TV in our room. There was a sink in the room, but no cups. There are shared bathrooms. The common areas were not particularly comfortable. The kitchen area had no cups or utensils. The service was transactional and not particularly friendly or welcoming. On a positive note, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. If you're looking for a bed for the night and a hostel-type experience, this place is perfectly fine. If you're looking for a typical hotel room, you'll be disappointed.

Hôtel mini, it’s exactly that.. a mini hôtel, cheap and perfect if you just want a place to sleep without paying for flafla.. Having the access to the second floor community deck was nice. Quiet and cheap. Nice staff, clean and mini!

Close proximity to everything while visiting Montreal. Walking distance to many attractions.

This place was wildly overpriced for what it was. It was not clear from the price or main description that this was a shared bathroom. Locks were difficult to use and the interior was very unpleasant. Photos were misleading.

Very clean and comfortable. Extremely convenient location to travel Montréal. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and will provide information/exchange rate for easy access to enjoy your trip!

It was clean and nice, the only thing is that the AC makes a lot of noise when ON.
