Все очень хорошо и чисто удобно рядом центор метро рядом до Невского всего 15 минут единственное что сеток от комаров нету а так все есть и удобно

"Не лучшее место для остановки даже на короткий сро"

До метро и Московского вокзала пешком 10-12 минут. Через дорогу от отеля "Дикси". Заселение строго после 15:00. Мы приехали в 10 утра, позвонили в отель, договорились оставить вещи в коридоре и гуляли по округе до трёх часов дня. Отель в жилом доме, коммунальную квартиру поделили на апартаменты по количеству окон. Номер очень тесный, размер апартамента 2м*5м вместе с санузлом, на антресоли можно только на карачках передвигаться. Хорошая слышимость соседей. Уборка, замена белья/полотенец, пополнение душевых принадлежностей не предусмотрена. Кондиционера нет, москитных сеток нет - воевали ночью с комарами, утыкали все розетки фумитоксами. Есть стиральная машинка, сушка, утюг и гладильная доска в общем доступе.

"Excellent"

We liked the proximity of the property to the Nevsky Prospect. We liked the friendliness of the check in staff. We didn’t like the size of the room. It would have been ok for just two people but too small for three. We didn’t like that we were required to buy our own toilet paper and that the towels were changed only once during our 6 day stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This is not a hotel and if you are looking for a hotel experience this property is not for you. If you are disabled this property is not for you. On the other hand, if you are able bodied and want cheap accommodations that can fit up to two adults and a small child in the center of St. Petersburg's tourist zone this is an awesome property. Walk or buy a multi-day bus pass and you can get anywhere you want easily.
