Haus am Park - Ihr Gästehaus in Velbert

Das eigentlich gebuchte Haus am Park war nicht verfügbar, gab kurzerhand ein Upgrade !!! Perfekt! Tolles Personal!!!

Nichts auszusetzen…

Було дуже затишно і чисто. Ванна кімната була дуже чистою, тож душ було приємно приймати. Також сподобалося розташування, де з номеру можна було вийти одразу в парк, де доволі класний дитячий майданчик

В номері було холодно:( Попри те, що це був червень і працювала батарея всеодно було холодно.

Quiet room, near the Best Western. Easy parking, closed to the small building, or in front of the Best Western.

Bed lines are too small, should have been for double beds

The reataurant was closed even if they advertised it was open, the tv did not work, the heating was very noisy, there were huge fireworks very late at night with no warning

The rooms were simple but comfortable. There was a nice park for walking around the hotel.

The staff was not very easy to communicate with. Every day there was a different person at the front desk that had no idea about our team accommodation details. There was no common area where the whole group could get together and there was no iron in the rooms, no coffee or tea.

Nice and cozy hotel. Quite surroundings. Big and light room

As there is no reception at the hotel you need to get to nearby main building to check-in
