"Big disappointment, chaos with the reservations"

They said that I didn´t have a reservation, and they told me to leave. I had a reservation, but it was their mistake and they couldn´t find it. They said they were full. It was at night and I didn´t have a local sim card, so I was really desperate. I insisted and asked them to find a solution, and finally they gave me a room after waiting for a long time. They are totally chaotic with the reservations, and that´s the worst thing that can happen to you when you travel. To compensate they offered me one free breakfast one day.
