The room is clean and neat and very comfortable for the family. It has the necessary stuff, such as a kitchen and dining table. The hotel is located in the heart of nature. The host (Irin) is a lovely, friendly, warm welcome.

Really friendly and lots of appreciated suggestions

Many positives about the stay at Kompatscherhof, the friendly host family, the activities for kids, the easy access to the many activities of Alps di Suisi and further afield, and most importantly the view from the Moritz apartment over the valley below. It was a very special experience which I will hopefully revisit.

A minor improvement may be the tired bed linen and towels. Stays for longer than a week may need planning for access to a washing machine.

This is a beautiful location overlooking the valley below and the mountains in the distance. The accommodations were quite spacious and updated. We were quite comfortable. Our host dropped off a freshly made cake that was very delicious and good timing as we were fixing ourselves dinner. The kitchen setup is very nice, but you need to buy everything including oil for cooking and all seasonings be because there is nothing provided. There is even a dishwasher for dishes! The animals are fun to have next door, as well.
