Kebersihan kamar sangat baik, kamar mandi terang dan bersih. Pelayanan dari staff hotel sangat baik dan cepat, sigap/segera dilayani bila diperlukan. Menu sarapan pagi cukup baik utk hotel bintang 3. Dua kamar yg kami pesan terdapat connecting door (sesuai pesanan sehingga keluarga bisa ngumpul2. Lokasi hotel dekat dng pusat keramaian dan area wisata lawang sewu.

Tempat parkir mobil sangat terbatas dan harus menggunakan jasa staf hotel utk valley parkir (gratis). Kamar kurang cerah atau terkesan suram/gelap karena sebagian dinding kamar dicat/dilapisi wall paper dengan warna hitam. View jendela kamar tertutup dinding bangunan samping hotel.

The location was ok and close to the center

It was not that clean, the ac kept making noise and the breakfast was really not upto the mark when compared to the amount charged for it.

Vehicle access is weird with something like a porte cochere on the first floor. Pedestrian access is stranger with the simplest being to go to the car park and walk out through its vehicle access. We arrived before check-in time and, whereas many hotels will let you check in early if your room is ready, we were firmly told that check in was not until 2pm. The towels in the bathroom were a bit grey. We had dinner at the hotel and service was very slow. Despite that, when my meal arrived, it was cold.
