Great location, great space. Host was responsive and friendly.

The railings on the loft and spiral staircase didn’t feel very secure

The location was great, walking distance to everything. The environment was peaceful.

A few things would require maintenance. The level of equipment in the apartment was smaller compared to other accommodations we booked.

This tiny clean apartment was centrally located with easy access to the city.

The apartment was tiny with a rickety spiral staircase to a small mezzanine with 2 beds. It did not make you feel safe going up and down. The kitchen was not well equipped. I consider it very basic.

Great location midway between station and main square. Generally clean, very quiet, spacious, good air conditioning, lots of electrical sockets, washing machine.

There has been little attempt to improve the property based on comments by previous guests (toilet paper, bed linen, towels etc) which would be fairly simple to do. The staircase to the loft is narrow, steep, rickety and noisy. The shower is simply not fit for purpose. It is too small to bend down in to reach the soap or shampoo, which is necessary since there is no ledge to hold these. There was only about 2 minutes of hot water in the morning, nothing at night. In the booking.com app it said we'd be met at the property, and when this didn't happen I phoned the contact number twice but it was never answered, and it took 40 minutes for the host to respond to a text. All this despite clear communication from me about our exact arrival time. Luckily I was able to trawl though 4 days of emails and find some instructions to access a lock box (at another entry) so we were able to get in. Sure I should have been on top of this, but the overall impression is that the host appears to rate his own convenience over customer care. Hence I'm giving the lowest score of any of more than a dozen properties I've used in Italy over the last 18. months.

The apartment look exactly like in the pictures. It’s very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice, check in / check out was explained clearly, we understood everything. We slept very well.

The bathroom is very humid and smells a little bit, which was off putting initially but we got used to it quickly.

Beautiful apartment! There were five of us in our family (us parents and three kids ages 19, 15, 10) and we were all very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come back! :)

Location was good and in a safe neighborhood. Has a good gelato place across the street that is open late.

The apartment is more worn down than it looks in the photos. For example, the towels were once white but are now grey and rough. The shower is very small (hard to shampoo your hair without hitting your elbows on the walls) and the water was either scalding or cold. The bathroom overall was very musty/humid. It also wasn't stocked with the necessities. We were given one full and a partial role of toilet paper for 3 people for 5 nights, and there were no other tissues/paper towels in the place. We ran out, and when we asked about more the host responded the next day saying it was in the bathroom, which it wasn't. We had to buy our own toilet paper. The kitchen is also not as well stocked as the listing implies (e.g., no proper knife for food prep and espresso machine doesn't work properly).
