Personnels à l’accueil pas avenant ni souriant . La literie lamentable , pour un 4 étoiles, Nous l’avons signalé le matin à l’accueil la personne nous a répondu que le nécessaire serait fait. Aucun changement pour les nuits suivantes. Ci-joint photo

"Para salir de un apuro"

El desayuno era completo. La ubicación está bien, tiene a 1 minuto la parada de bus para ir y volver de Venecia.

El baño tenía humedades y al entrar en la habitación olía bastante. El teléfono de la ducha perdía agua por la cadena y el agua caliente tardaba bastante en salir. Además, la cadena para tirar del baño tampoco funcionaba bien y se quedaba pillada.

Perfecto para ir a Venecia. La parada del Bus número 2 está a 1 minuto. En recepción venden los billetes para el autobús. Parking para el coche en el mismo hotel. Habitación muy limpia. Cama muy grande y cómoda. Las personas de recepción te ayudan en todo. Buen desayuno.
