Location is great in a secure, gated complex. Opposite 2 wonderful shopping malls with many food options and more "Makans" along Gurney drive. There are busses available nearby. Three airconditioned bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Great value at the price

Agreed check in time was delayed an hour. No towels, had to ask and was supplied. Beds and sofa were uncomfortably hard. No sink or basin plugs. No hot water to sink. Bathroom floor constantly wet due to water leak. No shower curtains. A damage deposit of RM 300 (A$100) has to be paid but it doesn't look like any damage is being repaired. Deposit was returned to us on check out.

The location of the property is good. The maintenance of the property is very bad. The bathing area was full of stain, the water hose was leaking. The water kettle is only good for one day.
