Addo River-View Lodge

Wonderful welcome, impressed by all the load-shedding lamps, well-equipped kitchen and beautiful view over the Sundays River. Much appreciated the tips for entering Addo and going the extra mile of lugging over a braai grid, thank you Leanne. Hope to return soon 😊

Only improvement would be a shower in main bathroom. Always feel I cannot justify using all that water in a bath

Addo lodge was lovely. Leanne the manager was super friendly and helpful. She booked our safari of Addo with Norman from Sundaze adventures. That was fantastic. Norman was awesome. The spar shop and taste of Africa restaurant was a 2minute walk away. The food was delicious, generous portions and inexpensive. The lodge also had lamod that worked during load shedding. The restaurant was open during load shedding. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful

Beautiful view! Leanne was very friendly and informative about surrounding shops. Place was nicely cleaned and fully furnished, caters for load-shedding which made our life so much less stressful! Loved the small personal touches of small plants on the towels and hand picked flowers.

We really enjoyed staying at Addo River-View Lodge. It's a great place to stay if you're visiting Addo Elephant Park. We had some trouble during our onward journey. The friendly host helped us out finding a better route.
