The location was marvellous being near the river

The room we stayed in was very clean, and very spacious. There was a balcony to sit on. The staff was extremely friendly. The guesthouse is very near to the Addo Elephant park and on the banks of the Sondags river. The restaurant Taste of Africa was very near which serves lovely food.

Peaceful right at the River and clean!

Fantastic apartment with masses of space, a great outside terrace overlooking the River Sunday and what a view at sunset. We wandered down to the river in the afternoon and again in the evening. The kitchen was really well equipped, so elected to cook at home & ate outside on our comfortable terrace, beautiful - with birdsong to accompany us. The bed was super comfortable and huge, linens great, the welcome was really easy & good. We had a quick dip in the pool but generally just chilled as it was mid stop before Addo & a safari at Amakhana Bush Lodge which we would definitely recommend. We were just two people, but it had the space for four easily with two big bedrooms & bathrooms. Parking was easy & secure and close to N2 for onward travel. Highly recommended.
