"Good location, stylish rooms but poor cleanliness and blocked shower drains."

Large, stylish room and good location. Responsive & friendly hosts.

Not clean - used tissues under bed, layers of dust, previous guests rubbish in bins. Shower drain blocked & overflowing when shower turned on. Lots of stairs - no lifts so not appropriate for those with mobility issues.

"Perfect for a short stay"

Great communication, easy to find. The room was comfortable and I was surprised what I got for the price that I paid. It was perfect for me for the night as I was visiting for work

Great location with lots of cafes, shops and bars very close by. Comfortable room, came with great amenities. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

One of the buttons on the room door was broken, causing difficulty entering.

Hotel was in a perfect location and was within walking distance to the main town centre, the room was lovely and spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen area! Very easy to access with simple codes to gain entry to the main door and bedroom door

There was a few minor cleaning issues - a few hairs in the shower and the bed sheets had a few marks on them. Carpets could have done with another vac. We was on the bottom floor which was near the linen/cleaning cupboard and staff were rather noisy of a morning which did wake us up which isn't ideal but also not the end of the world!
