Empress Premier Hotel

Hotel was beautiful and staff did a great job maintaining the facility. All were friendly and happy to help answer questions. Breakfast was very good and had something for everyone. I would stay here again on my next visit.

The location is great, within walkable distance to decent coffee shops and stores. The decorations in the hotel and lobby were beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

I decided to make a reservation at the Empress this year. It was cancelled due to the flood. I understand. The Empress Premier was operational so for a period of 6 weeks the same room als last year and the year before. If the communication with The Empress Premier was bad last year, this year it decided to make it worse. No reply to emails. Mistakes bij the financial department. I requested a transfer from the airport. No reply. I asked my daughter to go tot he Premier and ask about the transfer. That is when staff are impolite, as mentioned by other guests at the Premier. I have no complaints about the room, no complaints about the pool. I enjoy my daIly breakfast. But when it comes to communication i feel treated like an idiot. Example? I transferred the money for my room but made a mistake in sharing the transferfee. I was rightfully pointed out to that mistake. I immediately transferred Thb. 1.600 to the hotel. When i a few weeks later checked in at the Premier, the lady at the desk said that I still had to pay Thb. 1.600. The Empress Premier got me mad on the day of arrival. There was a hick-up in communication between lobby and financial department. Looking on Tripadvisor i see that the Premier is happy with positive reviews, even replies, understandably so. But the Premier persists in not improving the communication. If it were not for people like the young man at the entrance, who everytime races me to the door and always smiles, or people like Mon, i would seriously consider another hotel next year. I do not believe that The Empress Premier understands how much good Mon does for the hotel.

We arrived to the hotel only to find out that our travel agent booked us for the wrong month and all hotels were full because of a festival that was taking place we had no wear to stay and it’s 9 pm now what the front desk staff took the time to call around and managed to find us a room and would take us over to the one night stay and pick us up in the morning and bring us back for the next 9 nights the customer service was amazing thank you to the front desk for all your help in making our stay so amazing We also got to know some of the staff at the breakfast buffet Won and Moon two amazing ladies that we had a laugh with every day these two ladies are so much fun and so happy it makes my day every time we were there thank you ladies you are so awesome our room was always kept clean and neat Thank you Empress premier for making our honeymoon so memorable
