Brilliant location for exploring New and old Delhi. Large comfortable rooms. Staff were polite and friendly. There was no tipping culture. Hotel had signs in the rooms not to tip any staff individually. But if guest wanted they could leave a tip in a sealed envelope on checkout which would then be shared by all staff.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel

The staff really go above and beyond. The spa and swimming pools are really beautiful. I also enjoyed the complimentary yoga classes in the morning.

The first morning at breakfast we received a barista quality coffee with milk art and all, the next morning the coffee was a lot more 'regular', definitely not bad, but a huge difference with the previous day.

What makes this place truly stand out is the staff, they are exceptional in making you feel welcome and taken care of. I needed help running some errands around delhi and they were so supportive accommodating all my requests. Thank you again!
