Nice stay. Comfortable experience. Prompt housekeeping service. Overall, recommended for family. In room service: there was a mini fridge, supplies like mug for tea, coffee and electric kettle. Reception staff was welcoming. Very close to Harmindar sahib and other attractions.

A very nice hotel based on the location ( steps from Golden Temple) The service levels were nice too. The travel desk is very helpful. We booked a trip to wagah and Karan who runs the travel desk was quite helpful. The car sent was clean and the driver Ajay was a pleasant guy. Our airport transfer too was booked via the travel desk and was timely. The rooms are basic, with a good AC ? Which was needed as it was quite hot when we visited in late July) I wouldn’t mind staying here again if the primary objective is to visit the temple, given the location. If you’re seeking luxury, this isn’t a place for you. The rooms are pretty basic but nice in my opinion. Overall Inhad a pleasant stay.

Clean and close to Darbar Sahib. Narrow streets so getting taxi to the door is hard. Check with the hotel to find a good drop off spot. Bug a few meters walk and no big deal.

Average hotel. Rooms are small, bathrooms the tap to collect water is really clumsy, didnt use shower, not sure if it worked, even if ut works there is no place to stand. Food is super expensive and average, pls plan to eat outside. The hotel is really close to gurdwara, thats the only plus point. The hotel cannot be reached by uber and ola, so you end up paying heftily to the hotel for taxi. Only hotel taxi can pick up and drop from the hotel. The other option is to take a taxi and use autorickshaw to reach the hotel. Staff is courteous and really nice. Unless you only want to stay near gurdwara and not go anywhere else, prefer booking somewhere else, you will have more mobility and options for food.

Pro- Location, cleanliness and service. If purpose of visit is Golden Temple then the location is absolutely great. Hotel is clean and service is great. Cons- linen and breakfast. Linen are worn out, and probably they don’t know when to replace. Breakfast was a poor sandwich and water melon. Surprised that it costs Rs250. Also I booked Kingroom n was given a basement room. Please call hotel and confirm. Overall great stay and recommend.

Rather pleasant and not overly terrible. The hotel is nicely planned out and the room is spacious. The checkin staff were really helpful. Rooms were clean, the tv didn’t have any useful channels and you are forced to use YouTube to watch. The towels were a bit smelly and could have done with a better wash. The staff were patient with us due to an issue with a bank card slowing down payment. There hotel is really close to there Baba Atal Tower entrance point to the Harmandir sahib complex. What let it down was the travel and tour staff that arranged the Wagga border trip for us as they more of less left us at one of the gates to fend for ourselves and get back to the hotel with an e scooter that we then had to pay extra for ruining the whole day which has been going ok until then.

I like that its close to the golden temple. But the rooms smell bad, like cigarette smoke or urine. After threatening to leave, the staff moved us, multiple times, until we found a room that didnt smell. If it werent for the staff, we would have had a terrible time. I definitely dont recommend this hotel. Its not worth it.

The property is not as described. The location is very however, however the rooms are in poor condition. When I arrived it was not suitable for my family to stay there. We advised the staff that we would be moving to another hotel. They advised that we would need to pay for the first night, and that they would refund the following two nights. We all agreed that this was fair and reasonable given the time the booking was cancelled. The hotel however has not kept their word, and have not refunded the additional two nights as advised by their team, It is disappointing that they do not remain true to the commitment that they made.
