Went there for a night with family and booked 3 rooms and each room had very dirty (yellowish) bedsheets and pillow covers, and the toilets were filthy. Some of the stains on the toilets seems like uncleanable. Also, we had an issue with our own room that the key did not work and it locked us out while our stuff was still inside the room. I had to call someone from the front desk and still they weren’t able to open to door with their master key even until later that the door miraculously opened with the master key. Also, the telephone in the room did not dial the front desk and the house keeping was very delayed as we kept on have to call the guy to give us dental kit and replacing the beddings. Won’t pick this place again for sure, especially for the money they charge!

Road to the property is quite narrow and taxis don’t want to drop you on site. Had to get an auto to reach. As compared to India, service provided was expectable. Breakfast is all pure veg. Clean dinning room and environment. It’s good for low budget accommodation. I little TLC to rooms would be appreciated.

Its a best choice! Don’t doubt about it. The location and the place is the best.

A family trip after three years went horrible. Booked online whilst i was still in UK, the room details confirmed a king bed plus single bed. However all three rooms were only fitted with a king bed. The receptionist was unreasonable and gave vague explanations. Late night check in made it even more inconvenient and no choice but to sleep in what was provided. An experience worth forgetting and questions the authenticity whilst booking from such sites. Extremely disappointed..

The restaurant- very pleasing decor. Excellent staff. I ordered tea at 12 in the night not sure of getting it because of late hours. Aloha, here came the tea. Very friendly staff everywhere.

Hotel was clean and tidy. Best part was nice and cosy rooms during the peak of winter

Very close to golden temple and main market. Really like 3 star hotel. Staff is very friendly

The hotel is at prime location. Only thing is it does not have balcony or windows in rooms
