Fiorella was so very wonderful. She was so very friendly and a joy to visit with. The location was perfect with the wall of the city in the backyard. This made everything a very easy walk to, and see all the sites of Siena. The room was very excellent and I could not have asked for anything nicer. The shared kitchen and dining area was perfect, even with a small balcony to sit and enjoy my morning tea or evening wine. I will ABSOLUTELY recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay in Siena. Thank you again Fiorella for such a wonderful experience. I hope to come back and stay with you again. Ken

There was literally nothing I didn't like, with the exception I wish I could have stayed longer.

Cleanliness Friendliness

A lovely clean room and good facilities, including a big shared kitchen which had everything, including coffee, tea, and fridge freezer we can use. Room was comfortable with a TV and nice balcony and good views. The host was very kind and always wanted to help, plus tips on local area. Also had good parking which is a bonus for Siena.

The road outside is quite busy and with narrow path, we needed to beware when walking towards Siena. Just feedback, the toilet door is a slider and means a few gaps between.

Parking on site! stylish boutique room. Small and quiet building with just a few rooms and pleasant coffee room. 10 minute walk from Porte Romana made the visit to the Historic center of busy Siena relaxing and easy.

Great location. Easy access to roads for exploring surrounding areas. 20 minute walk from center of Siena. Fiorella was very friendly and excellent host.

Absolutely stunned this property was available. Free parking. Quiet location. Rooms and full kitchen very upscale. Grounds were a story book villa, up against the old town walls. If you visit Sienna, you have to book here. Don’t bother with any other place. Wife and I had the entire floor to ourselves as there were no other guests. I still cannot wrap my brain around a place of this caliber, this location and this price point…and the other rooms were not booked. Location: short walk to the old town gates. Easy access to Tuscan and Chianti vineyards. Immaculate grounds. Amenities: Rooms are very upscale. Air conditioning. Full kitchen. Pod type coffee maker. Fast WiFi. Free Secure parking. Did I mention it’s right down from the old town gates? Hosts: Fiona and Serena were amazing. Genuinely cared that we were having a good time and always checking to see if we needed anything. My only regret: we were so busy (only there for 5 days) we did not have much time to sit and talk with them.
