L'hotel s'ubica en un antic edifici amb el característic estil alpí, que ha estat reformat i ampliat al llarg de la seva dilatada història, fent-lo pràctic i confortable. Es troba en un nucli pertanyent al municipi de Predazzo, a la carretera que l'uneix amb San Martino di Castrozza, als peus del Parco Naturale di Paneveggio Pale di San Martino, que queda molt proper. Ofereix un esmorzar força correcte (tot i que quan hi estàs una setmana, potser es fa repetitiu), on hi voldria destacar el xef del seu restaurant. Sopars de qualitat, amb plats de la terra, variats i ben elaborats. La meva dona és vegana i cada dia li va cuinar una sèrie de menús adaptats a les seves necessitats, amb molt de gust en la tria. L'habitació ha estat senzilla, però ampla, correcta, còmoda i confortable, com tot l'establiment, El seu personal destaca per la seva amabilitat i atenció al client, havent-nos resolt de forma molt favorable una incidència involuntària que ens va obligar a escurçar l'estada un dia. Recomano aquest hotel a les persones que es desplacin a conèixer aquest vessant de les Dolomites, ja que de ben segur obtindran una experiència molt positiva.

L'hotel no en té cap culpa, però alguns dels hostes no han respectat l'accés al pàrquing i han deixat els seus vehicles allà on els hi ha semblat, tallant tant la rampa de pujada que hi ha al davant de la porta principal, com el camí asfaltat que hi surt una mica més enllà, sense cap mena de recança, obligant-nos als que tornàvem més tard de la muntanya, a aparcar en un camp de gespa que hi ha al costat. No ha estat cap problema, però no entenc aquesta manca d'empatia quan hi ha espai de sobres per no entorpir a la resta d'usuaris de l'aparcament.
