Quaint little motel with awesome resteraunt across the street and University neighborhood with lots of things to do. Small room had everything I needed. Very Seattle 'ish'!

Please keep the prices affordable! It’s a cute house and it was easy to access our room. I enjoyed the stay and will return.

Unfortunately I was not able to access my room in a timely manner, my party and I found a hotel elsewhere due to the uncertainty we faced. I was unable to access my room upon arrival and for quite a while afterwards. I did not receive communication via text when I was in contact with the phone number provided and did not receive an email back in that time. My call logs do not reflect an attempt to get into contact with me despite my attempts to reach out. Due to the significant inconvenience we faced I tried to contact the owner to ask for a refund for the troubles we experienced but two days later I have not heard from them. Would not recommend this property due to the uncertain we faced and difficulty with communication.

It was pretty cozy, tiny but cozy and clean. The restroom was really nice. Water bottles were nice. The back patio was nice.

Scrapes on the walls, noise from people going up and down the stairs. The app didn't work and we had to wait an hour to get into the room. Couldn't even call anyone to get help because there was no number to call. Some lady talked to me through the camera to give me a key because the app wasn't working. Then she apologized and offered coffee and never even ordered it. I would not recommend anyone staying there. It's overall not a good place and not a good experience.

We loved that it had a separate bedroom with a door and an extra bed in the common area. It was cozy and clean and we were able to get breakfast across the street. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. We appreciated the water bottles and the free parking! Our only issue was that the check-in was digital, and it was annoying that it didn’t work! Please, a physical key card is easier than a digital experience that didn’t work and wasted our time reading the instructions!

Location was central and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was also very spacious and nice. Also good privacy.

Well I was told I could check in early and in fact wasn’t able to check in until an hour after check in bc the reservation code wouldn’t validate. And THEN as soon as I got to my door a chick was being taken out unresponsive on a stretcher so that was a little concerning/not welcoming. I hope she was ok!

The location was excellent - lovely cafe opposite for breakfast and great restaurants all in 3-5 minutes walk. It was quiet, peaceful and clean.
