bathroom lighting nowhere near bright enough !!!

Friendly staff, accommodated requests, quick response to messages.

No lounge area outside of room in inclemate weather. Mattress toppers were very soft (not good support for backs).

The place is situated in a house and is funky and artsy. Aesthetics are eclectic and cool!

I stayed here because I needed a hotel very close to the hospital while my mother was undergoing a serious procedure the next morning, so convenience was the priority. Unfortunately, my room had several issues. The TV was not plugged in, and when I tried to plug it in the outlet sparked and there was a noticeable burning-wire smell, which was concerning. I also noticed a large spider on the wall. When I pulled back the bedcovers, the fitted sheet was wrinkled in a way that made it look as though the bed might not have been freshly made, though it’s possible it simply wasn’t smoothed out well. The shower started warm but turned cold after only a couple of minutes. Because of the timing of my mother’s procedure and the fact with my flight time, I arrived very late and was checking out early the next day so to be fair, I wasn’t in a position to move to another hotel or to contact the management to give them an opportunity to rectify anything, but I did want to share this feedback in the hope that these maintenance and housekeeping issues can be addressed for future guests.

Very cute and stylish, great location and LOVED the free parking space.

Memory foam bed was a nice difference. Super cute art.

Non functional curtains on some windows, but they gave me a free upgrade.
