Pesimas instalaciones, pesima atención, se presantan como hotel en realidad es mas un tiempo compartido con carencias para poder considerarlo hotel, hoy telefono en la habitacion para comunicarte a la recepción, en varias ocasiones se debio avisar que no salia agua para bañarse y lo mismo que no salia agua caliente, piden deposito en garantia por si se ensucia algo de la habitacion etc.

We stayed here from February until June 2020. Everything was first rate -- service, accommodation, pool. The hotel is a convenient ten-minute walk from the main square. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Cercanía al centro. Instalaciones adecuadas. Almohadas muy duras.

We like the installations they were clean and most of all we enjoy the swimming pool. The only inconvenient was the noise of the road near by... but we are wheeling to return next year, because of the wander full weather.

So, I went there for a romantic long weekend, and when we arrived, the security guard didn't let us go through the entrance chain, even after we told him we were checking in. So he stated something about calling the room we were visiting, but we were NOT visitors, but guests. My mate had to get out of the car and into the reception office to fix the matter. They REALLY need to train their security personnel. The place is ok. It's accessible and clean, but the rooms are cold AF. There's no insulation or heater whatsoever, and although you get many blankets, you have to be fully dressed to go from the bed to the bathroom at night, otherwise, you'll suffer A LOT!! IF you want to buy ONE bulk of wood for the fireplace, it's not really big and it's very pricy for what you get. Now, going back to the sheets and blankets: I had an... accident regarding my period, and I stained the box sheet, and the mattress cover (I'll spare you the details), and slightly stained the flat sheet. Also, we left a wet towel ON the bed. They charged us over 700MXN!!! (35USD) for all of them. Including the towel??? I get that you might need to wash them a couple more times, but it's like they charged for NEW sheets, and it's not like they were crispy white, to begin with!!! So, ok charge me 300 and 300+ for the box sheet and the mattress cover, but WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE ME for a wet towel that just happened to be on the bed???? Whatever, that completely ruined my mood. They also give you WIFI for ONE device, and you have to pay for any other device you might want to connect. Kind of unacceptable, especially considering you're traveling at LEAST as a couple, this is not a one-person destination. To finish, the pool has a heating system, but it's apparently on its lowest setting, that you can feel warm water coming out of the jets, but the overall temperature is FREEZING. AND you get harassed by a salesman at the pool while you're trying to relax. Really? Not fine with this whatsoever.

Our usual hotel in Tequis was full so I found this one online and took a chance. Pleased I did. Firstly you can easily park which is rare for Tequis. And it’s 5 mins walk along a wide well maintained footpath to the main square. Wi-fi is free for one user but you pay for any other device. Check the code works before leaving reception. There is a nice pool, plus table tennis. You can choose either one floor of a house (6-8 people) or we had a room with two double beds, in a motel style block. The room was spacious, bed firm but ok, shower hot and powerful. TV signal poor. They give you some discount cards for restaurants in the main square. The location and easy parking alone means we will stay there again.

You can cook, rest, and have a great time with your family and friends. The town is near this place, it's a magic town, with cool places, the food is great. You can play Pool, Ping Pong, swim, relax and enjoy.

I've been in this place twice, one at the hotel and one in a villa inside the same property. The hotel part is nice, clean, do not expect luxury, ideal for short staying, but maybe expensive for what they offered.. The villa had everything to do it yourself, had a kitchen, stove and fridge, so you can save some money cooking there. Good for families with small children, so you can have them as at home. There only two rooms, so if you have a group of 6 people, 2 will have to sleep in the sofa beds, and they're less width than an individual bed.The bad thing: you have to pay an extra amount if you want someone can clean the villa and to use the not so good Wi-Fi connection. You are aloud to use the hotel pool and other hotel áreas.
