Because I was asked to leave because I couldn't provide the $50 deposit! I had to spend about $45 ordering lyfts and ubers to Walgreens and Walmart to deposit money into my account because they wanted $50 deposit but not in cash! So I booked the room again for this day and I was told that they would use the same deposit for the next day by the front desk employee! About 20 minutes later I receive a call to my room from the front desk saying they wanted the deposit for that day because the previous deposit would be put back into my account but that they would definitely accept today's deposit in cash! Something they said the day prior that they don't ever do and is against there managers policy! So eventually we were asked to leave because we couldn't provide the deposit even tho our room had already been booked and paid for a

The Staff was very pleasant

The beds are too hard, not enough blankets, the toilet paper dispenser was coming out of the wall, one of the lights in the bathroom was flickering and could cause seizures if someone suffers from them. The popcorn ceiling was peeling off in the shower area. The light outside was on all night and the curtain did not block it from coming into the room. Our view was the electrical facility right outside our window. The hot tub (the main reason I picked Best Western) was super low on water and was warm at best. The lounge chairs in the pool area are all broke unable to sit on them. The hot tub and pool are very dirty, it does not look like it's been cleaned in awhile. The garbage can in the pool area is all rusty on the top. The couch and chair in the room was stained and super outdated. Stains everywhere on carpets throughout the hotel. I took photos of a lot of the stuff because of how bad it was. Not worth $140 a night.
