Convenient to highway. Friendly staff. Clean modern room. Parking close to room. Excellent wifi.

Check in was easy. Good location.

Room for breakfast was to small.

Floors in room were gritty with sand and very dirty, only half a roll of toilet tissue, used bar of soap in an opened bag, one hand towel looked used (dirt on back) no microwave. When my husband brought the condition of the floor to the front desk he was told, well we are an economy motel and management is cheap and there was only one water spigot (on the first floor) for the housekeepers to use so therefore they don’t change the mop bucket water with each room.

It's not a high priced hotel but perfect for a few nights to rest.

I have stayed at this Kingsland location many times and it is always a good experience. The staff is always nice and the rooms are in good order.

You get what you expect ...my bed was comfortable the other was not. Outlets at the sink did not work so had to dry my hair by the tv. Shower had good pressure but towels need a good bleaching. Megan checked me in and she is excellent at her job!

The staff made you feel welcome and they did a great job accomplishing that mission. The room was clean and they had an ok breakfast. The rate was wonderful as well.

Someone had a dog in the room next door. They left the animal alone and it was making a bunch of noise until the owner returned. Jus my thought but, Families with pets should be grouped in the same area.
