Palazzo Scammacca

Do conforto , localização e do atendimento dos funcionários.

Deveriam ter um folheto explicativo com o funcionamento do local, uma vez que não há funcionários durante o dia todo.

Solide Unterkunft für Kurzurlaub! Wir hatten eine Terrasse mit Blick auf eine Kirche und den Ätna was wirklich toll und einzigartig war! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Check in problemlos und das Frühstück sehr lecker. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet und serviert!

The only positive aspect is the central location.

Catastrophic organisation. No proper check-in, no clear information, and nobody on site — everything had to be handled through multiple phone calls. The hotel interior is bleak and feels more like a prison than a hotel. In the evening, there was a concert in the inner courtyard. The music was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. After complaining, alternative accommodation was arranged, but it was far less convenient for my airport transfer the following morning.

Fantastic, stylish apartment in a great location close to the historic center and with lots of really good restaurants nearby. The palazzo's own bistro was excellent.

The locatjon was superb, easy access to anywhere in the city. Piazza Scammacca itself was lovely so no need to wander far. The roof terrace with Etna views was a definite highlight, lovely to have that space in the city centre. Apartment was spacious and having 2 bathrooms helped with group stay. Breakfast provision every morning was lovely and the staff were helpful.

I didn't mind it but worth pointing out, should families stay, but there were events and parties in the hotel courtyard each night (we stayed at a weekend) which went on late. Not sure what other rooms were like but we could hear it. It was a bit strange having to walk through these to get to our apartment building.

Posizione molto comoda Bel palazzo

Troppa confusione durante le due notti. La stanza B, che si affaccia sul cortile, è molto penalizzata per via degli eventi e rassegne e discoteca che ci sono stati durante le mie due giornate di soggiorno

Posizione perfetta. Camera meravigliosa, un appartamento su due piani in un bellissimo palazzo di famiglia con tutti i comfort: cucina super fornita, tv con Netflix, vista sui tetti di Catania; bagno con grande doccia; Wi-Fi buono

Nel cortile ci sono i tavoli del Wine bar, quindi un po’ rumoroso la sera…..

Die zentrale Lage und der großartige Blick von der Dachterasse waren etwas ganz Besonderes. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Catania lässt sich von der Wohnung aus fußläufig sehr gut erkunden. Man befindet sich beim Verlassen der Anlage sofort im spannenden Umfeld der Altstadt. Tolles Erlebnis!

Wir waren 3 Tage mit 4 Personen im Apartment und hatten nichts zu bemängeln.
