Not in a good location. Across the street from a school where the band practiced all day. Dogs barking roosters crowing constantly. Nothing within walking distance

"Super Recomendo "

El Hotel es fantastico, limpio, organizado, los empleados son extremamente solicitos, el desayuno y la comida es buena, la piscina es Ok y tiene una vista del aeropuerto que es fantastica, el despeque y posos son muy guay. Super recomendo, esta a 5 minutos de la playa y 8 minutos del centro.

STAFF WAS GREAT. VERY VERY HELPFUL. HELPED US WITH EVERYTHING WE NEEDED AND WE HAD A GOOD STAY OVER ALL. BUT IF IM BEING HONEST ABOUT THE HOTEL ITS SELF ITS PRETTY DATED. THE SHOWER HEAD WAS RUSTY. DRAWERS WERE CROOKED. ALL THE KITCHEN STUFF WAS RUSTED AND UNCLEAN. BUT THE WORST WAS PROBABLY THE AC WASNT REALLY COOLING DOWN THE WAY ONE WOULD WANT WHEN SLEEPING AT A HOTEL ROOM. I WOUDNT STAY HERE AGAIN FOR THAT REASON ALONE.

"They need to instruct the staff better to help visitors, mainly if they are foreigners."

The view of the room.

With the exception of the manger, the staff treat your very nastily. They seem to be glad if they don't' help you in anything. They only want to see if you are wearing a stupid wristband.

The staff was super friendly, however we ended up paying $250 the night in San Andres. The bathroom floor was not done properly and it will get sticky, they o my give you one key card and it’s impossible to leave the room if you are traveling with a friend, and this hotel is really far away from the main area. For this price you can definitely stay somewhere else.

Check in is strange, they walk you to your room & show you that the linens, towels are not stained (tell you that if you stain them there will be an additional costs) show you that the AC & TV are in working condition. Tell you that if anything breaks you will be responsible. Then during check out they come inspect your room. Breakfast was good. **This property is not beach front. They will let you check out late :)
