It was clean and convenient to shopping and transportation.
This location is a boarding house with a bathroom and kitchen shared between 3 rooms. I booked last minute not looking too hard at description. The price was right and it had an 8.6 rating so I booked it. I was not disappointed and my stay was pleasant but I was quite surprised at the boarding house setup. It was very clean. The apartment sits above a dry cleaners shop and chiropractors office. I didn’t know what I was getting into when I was dropped off. All and all I have no complaints.
We were surprised that our room did not have a window in a wall, though there was a small one in the ceiling. The wall fan/HVAC worked well. Substantial price saving compared to Manhattan.
It was amazing. The propreties were ready to offer assistance. For the fact that I could cook. I realy enjoyed my stay.
Safe and quiet street on the border of two ethnic neighborhoods -- Boro Park (Chassidic) and Sunset Park (Chinese). Clean room and bathroom -- but both very small. Ideal if you have a group to rent the three rooms that share a kitchen and bathroom. If sharing with strangers, you should know that is it very close quarters and feel comfortable with that.
