Staff was very helpful

The cost was the most I’ve ever paid for this facility and even commented on by the staff

I liked that I was able to book a "Superior" King Bed Room. The room was larger than other hotel chain king suite rooms. It was well equiped with a nice size larger mini fridge and microwave. To us, it was well worth the extra money for the room.

I would have rated this hotel even higher but the night clerk was abhorant! She made demands that were illegal, handicapped parking issues, rude and unprofessional. On a good note, the owner and manager responded very nicely to my detailed email about what had happened. I would stay at this hotel again should my business take me to the area.

Everything I saw inside and out was dated, run down, and dirty. I was afraid to sit in the chairs without putting down a towel and the mattresses were in bad shape. Bulbs in desk lamp were unscrewed. Shower convertor design is about 30 years old, they don't even make those any more for good reason. Outlet on lamp does not work. Pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. I could go on......

Location was great.

Rooms were not cleaned daily. Staff allowed other hotel guests to be extremely noisy all throughout the night.

Pool and hot tub needs attention and skimmed of debris

bed bugs. Woke up with bites all over my body.

Cleanliness is my top priority and this place met all my needs thanks you!
