It was close to the old part of town and the cathedral

As being an older style apartment, the floors were squeaking , which made it considerably noisy as we had people staying above us.

La ubicacion, la atencion del personal. La habitacion era muy limpia, espaciosa y luminosa. Estuvimos muy comodos

Das war in vier Jahren unser 3. Aufenthalt hier. Diesmal war die Wohnung nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Wir hätten bei der Übergabe genauer hinsehen müssen. In allen Ecken und unterm Bett Staub, Harre und in den Küchenschubladen Brotkrümel.... alte Socken vom Vorbenutzer unterm Bett... Das Apartment ist insgesamt schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und rechtfertigt mittlerweile den Preis nicht mehr.

Me gustó mucho el diseño del alojamiento, que mantuviesen el encanto del edificio, además estaba decorado con mucho gusto

Escribí un par de veces al chat de la recepción, solicitando en formación y nunca recibí respuesta, entiendo que la recepción no está disponible durante las 24 horas pero si ves mensajes de inquilinos tarde lo lícito al menos es contestar aunque sea con un “qué tal la estancia”

Lo único bueno es la ubicación y el anfitrión. Lo demás nefasto.

Relación calidad precio horrible. Sucio en general. Ácaros Gressite del baño estropeado y sucio Papelera sucia/llena cuando entramos.

This must surely be the best place to stay in Santiago. The apartment has a lovely balcony with huge windows that open into a view of the plaza and church. The room is large and comfortable and we could enjoy the views until late at night. The great restaurant at the bottom was a bonus.

It was perfect, perhaps to provide coffee in the room would be my only recommendation.
