"Cerca de todo, mal ubicado , un infierno"

La ubicación dentro de Santiago es inmejorable

La ubicación del departamento, a 40 cm de las mesas de un bar y a 10 metros de un baño público, imposible abrir ventanas para ventilación . Desde los pisos superiores llegan todos y cada uno de los ruidos, cañerías. Pisadas, etc. La puerta del baño se abre sola, no se mantiene cerrada. Hay olor y sensación de humedad constante. El costo del departamento 1 debería ser la mitad de lo que pague.

La ubicación es excelente y la estancia es muy agradable y con vistas a un jardín interior.

Creo que es importante indicar que el baño no ofrece mucha privacidad, puesto que la estancia es abierta y no tiene puertas.

La ubicación sin duda es espectacular

El apartamento es antiguo y de madera con lo cual cuando andas por la noche cruje todo, y es un poco molesto para los que duermen en la habitación
