L'emplacement top, dans un quartier avec restaurant s et magasins à proximité, quartier safe. Petit déjeuner top, varié. Pour la plage, gratuité pour serviette + parasol + fauteuil

J'ai payé une chambre plus chère pour une vue partielle mer, ce qui n'était pas le cas (vue sur l'immeuble) Après réclamation auprès du personnel à mon arrivée, pas de réponse durant mon séjour. 2 mails plus tard, toujours rien, vraiment dommage...

Stayed here for three nights arranged by our tour company. Good location with great access to the beach. My room was comfortable but could have been a little cleaner; mostly dust. Breakfast was fine, however, the staff could not understand English nor were English menu’s available if you wanted to have lunch or dinner at the hotel. Google translate was a real life saver!

Atendimento dos funcionários

Ficamos em um quarto de acessibilidade, então a cama era baixa e o banheiro, espelho, chuveiro eram adaptados também dificultando a utilização por pessoas de alta estatura. O quarto tinha cheiro de mofo e o ar-condicionado estava pingando água no chão.

"Great location and staff, TERRIBLE room and view"

The room we had booked was VERY POOR. It was advertised as a an executive partial side sea view with balcony. However, the balcony was TINY, and very narrow-about the width of a kitchen worktop! There was standing room only, and the room was actually up a dark alley, with the wall of an apartment block opposite. Very dark and oppressive and actually made me cry with disappointment. And we were in our honeymoon. We did try to upgrade but hotel was full. The reception staff did try, and were very helpful. However, The balcony situation should be made clearer with an actual photo, as this ruined our stay.
