Owners. Rude, aggressive, threatened me with police unless I pay them 100 euros for the damage I didn’t cause. Told us it is illegal in Sicily to cook in rented accommodation. No restaurants in the area so we had to eat cold snack from local supermarket during our stay. Also 5 people had to share one knife, one fork and one spoon and one plate. Want to claim my money back for the stay.

It was clean, swimming pool was nice.

We came to stay for a happy event my friends wedding. The owners were not friendly at all and completely spoiled our stay and beautiful event. I had to ask for cutlery, plates, cup and kettle. They gave me one of each and didn’t give any more then the rest of our wedding party arrived. There was no breakfast provided, in booking it said that there is that option. Owners told us it is illegal to cook food in Sicily in rented accommodation. Although there was fully equipped kitchen and barbecue outside. There no restaurants nearby, just a supermarket so we all had to eat cold food and snacks and share one fork, one knife and one plate. Then I arrived at check in time I was kept waiting outside in the heat for half an hour to be let in. The owner didn’t answer his phone. Finally, the icing on the cake, I was charged 100 euros in cash for a little damage to the wardrobe which was there then I arrived. The owners been threatening me and my friend with police if we don’t give them cash. Another girl was charged 50 euros in cash for the set of keys she lost. Both sums seem to be excessive for the damage, especially in my case as I didn’t actually damage the wardrobe, the shelf fell down as it was badly attached. And it could be easily put back in. It definitely doesn’t cost 100 euros. Really rude people with bad manners. They didn’t let us go until we gave them money. They shouldn’t be in hospitality business. I would like to claim money back for the awful stay and also get my 100 euros back.

Superb facilities, wonderful pool area and comfortable rooms.

Would have liked to have a breakfast option.
