Location is great.

The front desk staff were not friendly at all. I had issues with a room that had a dirty carpet and an overall very outdated appearance. The carpet was so dirty that it even triggered my sinusitis. It was extremely difficult to get my room changed. On another occasion, I complained about the shower water temperature, and the employee actually asked if maybe I was the problem for preferring a hotter shower. Overall, the customer service experience was very disappointing.

Do not know cause ei couldn’t get the room after I booked a two days in advance was sold out when I got off my flight

They welcomed me and accommodated me with my surgery! They did everything I asked in a timely manner

No free breakfast and no free parking was the only thing I did not like

The location is fabulous, the growls we're nice. The rooms were vague. My only complaint was that the furniture is very old and the carpeting as well. But this also reflected in the value of the resort. Overall it was a good stay. and a very safe location..

La habitacion que habia reservado a traves de booking (una suite), no fue la misma que recibi cuando llegue al hotel me dieron una Deluxe alegando que la pagina de booking estaba ofreciendo tipos de habitaciones que ellos no tenian, y mas fue mi molestia cuando yo tuve que pagar el costo de una suite porque mi reserva fue a través de esta pagina de reserva, hasta ahora ni booking ni el hotel han llegado a un acuerdo a mi reclamo, alguien tiene que responderme por la diferencia de precio entre habitaciones, booking por ofrecer en su pagina habitaciones que no tiene disponibilidad el hotel y el hotel por no contactarme antes de la reserva para dejarme saber que esa habitacion no estaba disponible, lamentablemente fue un viaje rapido con compromisos familiares y no tenia el tiempo suficiente para buscar otro hotel. La diferencia en esas 2 noches fue de 130$ approximadamente lo que he recibido hasta ahora es un credito de viaje de 47.41$ por parte de booking en mi cuenta.
