Arrivo alle 18 mi dicono che la camera non è pronta, aspettiamo 30 minuti... Entro in camera la TV non funziona, faccio la doccia ed esco per dirlo, non ho trovato nessuno, alla reception ho trovato un bigliettino che dovevo chiamare al cellulare per info, unica cosa positiva il wifi

Nulla da eccepire riguardo la camera, ma il fatto di non trovare nessuno disponibile per fare il check out la mattina dopo (e non parlo di nessuno alla reception, ma nessuno nell'INTERA STRUTTURA, ristorante incluso) non è minimamente accettabile. Il cliente, così, non è garantito.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, fourmis et guêpes dans la chambre, chambre mansardée et donc très chaude. Toute ces petites choses qui vous font regretter le choix...
