Holiday Inn Express and Suites Merrimack - Nashua by IHG

Great stay, nice bed, me and my service dog were happy and comfy.

Wonderful staff at front desk and breakfast. So many options and area continued to be replenished and cleaned.

The room was comfortable and clean loved the fact we had coffee Machine and refrig. The breakfast area was comfortable with lots of tables and the food was a good variety. The lady who served the breakfast was very friendly and was there to help with anything. We used the breakfast area to read our books in the afternoon. I left my jacket there, and someone was kind enough to give it to the front desk where I retrieved it.

The curtains in the room did not close and the lights from the stores across the way and on the bldg made it hard to sleep and early in morning like 6 am was as bright as noon.

It is just okay can be better option for breakfast same thing every day internet is very weak it was not that good as per money I spent on

Room 137. Immediate odor of mildew upon opening the door to the room. Very moist throughout the room. Walking on the carpet with just socks on your socks get wet. Get a dehumidifier in there pronto!

Breakfast was great. The employee managing the breakfast did a great job.

The cooling system did NOT work properly. When requesting cool, warm air spewed out of the unit. The occupant in the adjoining room left his tv on most of the night (4:30 am). Between the ac not working, the temperature rising with rising humidity in the room and the tv noise kept me up most of the night.

Hotel condition is relatively poor, very small TV, WiFi speed very slow can not even YouTubing

Excellent breakfast and staff!

Staying here is like coming home - the staff is always so friendly and helpful. And whatever room we are assigned is always clean and comfortable. One thing that needed fixing was a loose carpet tile in the elevator - no maintenance personnel on the weekend, but it was fixed after.
