Loudoun Valley Manor B&B

The location is fantastic, close to Washington DC, but very quiet with lots of birds, does and rabbits in sight. The room was very comfortable with adjacent small room and bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic and we were able to use a kitchen at any time with coffe, tea, fruits and biscuits aviable 24/7. Our host was wanderful and we enjoy our chat with her. When we visit Virginia again, we definietly choose this B&B again.

It was close to the event we came into town for.

It was very dirty inside and unkempt outside. There were ants in the kitchen area and the bedding smelled. There were so many locked doors/rooms within the space, some louvered with lights on, that made us feel uneasy to the point that we moved furniture in front of those doors.

It was what I would expect from a country B&B

Wunderschönes Bed&Breakfast und herrliche Umgebung.. Wir hatten das Glück,dass ganze Anwesen für uns allein zu haben. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin. Den ganzen Tag Kaffee, Cookies und Obst umsonst. Das Frühstück wurde von der Besitzerin selbst angefertigt.

Olga's B&B Inn is very charming, with tastefully decorated furnishings and artwork. Everything was immaculate. She makes omelettes or eggs any way you want for breakfast and there is also an assortment of coffees, teas, juices, toasts, bagels, sweet rolls and jams that guests prepare themselves. We enjoyed getting to know the other guests during breakfast. Coffee, tea, water and cookies are available all day. The grounds are gorgeous and there are several common indoor and outdoor seating areas to enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings. It's a little off the beaten track which is why it's so quiet, but close enough to Purcellville and Leesburg to enjoy shops and restaurants.

It was perfect for us, but I would add that most of the rooms require going up and down staircases so might not be appropriate if one is physically challenged.
