Normally you know what you’re getting with Premier Inn. This was the worst one I’ve ever been to. I had an issue with the breakfast. There was no food out there on our first day. We didn’t stay for our second day and we requested a refund which was told that we had to contact via email which we did. and I’m still waiting to hear back my friend who I travelled with has her back and they are prepared to refund her. No, I would not stay at this hotel again. I would stay at other Premier Inns as I’ve booked one already in London.

The lack of breakfast when you’ve paid for it.
