"One of the cleanest, well maintained interiors l have ever seen, but the exterior was THE UGLIEST"

Interior was impeccably clean! Morning checkout man was very friendly and professional.

The exterior property was terrible!! No landscaping, and an acre of asphalt. A blight on the city of Nephi! Rang the front desk bell to check in, and waited 5 minutes for someone to arrive. The woman who checked us in had a toddler on speaker phone the whole time. Over all, she was very unprofessional.

The bed was clean and ok .the bathroom was clean and ok.

The air conditioner sounded like a diesel tugboat was in the room and there were electrical buzzing noises like something was racing or shortinng out. I got no sleep until we cut it off at 3:30 am. Then it kept buzzing so that it kept me awake another hour.

Dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms, dirty pool, hot tub drained, out the way location. Staff who checked us in, came out of a room with no shoes, upon completing check in said, “if there’s anything wrong with the rooms, hang tight and we can change them tomorrow after house keeping”.
