Americas Best Value Inn Fort Worth

Well in the beginning I wasn't happy about them charging me 20 bucks extra to check in early I thought that was kind of petty but other than that everything was great

The staff is very friendly and attentive.

We didn't eat. We only slept. But the room was clean. The water pressure was great.

The parking lot was a little more active than I was comfortable with.

Good price but very over-rated. I don't think it is really 7 stars. The property is full of trash. The front desk person was both rude and unhelpful. The AC did not cool the room. And it smelled smoky to me. Not happy at all.

The location is optimum to visit family in White Settlement/Fort Worth. The price point obviously was a factor in deciding to stay there.

The air conditioning unit in the room was too loud. The phone did not work to the front desk and so I couldn't ask their help in dispersing a group out-front talking until well after midnight. The bathroom tub did not have sort of foot grips.

The staff were friendly, and my room was pretty clean with no bugs.

There was tissue covering the peepholes in the door, and it was not the best area, but it could’ve been worse

They have not returned my refund to my card!!! Thieves!!!!

Pool had trash in, didn't use. No coffee or community area. Well there was one, but it was locked at 4 pm and not able to use it. Check in starts at 3 and about 3:30 we received a call asking us if we were arriving and when, we thought this was odd. We selected a king suite but upon check in was told the romnwas leaking and woul "upgrade" us to a double queen, but wouldn't charge us for the upgrade. Not sure how that was an upgrade. No trash can in bathroom. By sink had no soap but shampoo container built in with shampoo to wash hands. For a room with occupancy for 4, only had 2 towels. I really,hotel felt cheap and area isn't what it used to be. We will not be returning. Had to walk through the marijuana smoke to enter our room. All rooms had an exterior door. We will not be staying here again.
