A lot of stairs.

It was nice to receive a welcome kit of coffee and city map. The standard exceeded our expectations and the garden and kitchen were lovely.

The room windows are on the ground floor directly on the street. People look directly into your bed.

The room is nice and welcoming, larger than the average. I also loved the common living room and kitchen. Plus for the self-service check-in.

The staff is one of the worst I've ever dealt with! I have been asking for a receipt for more than a month now: 3 calls, asked for Booking's help and the only document I've received is an invoice stating only the cleaning costs of 25€. This behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional. Hence, it strongly influences my review!

The pool was nice and the building is beautiful

It was a really noisy room, not great if you are planning to sleep. And the communication for the check in was very slow (there is no one there to open and we had to wait in the entrance for 20 minutes and send many messages in order to receive the code). Also, the cleaner started knocking the door very intensely and kicked us out of the room in a very impolite way at exactly eleven o'clock. Of course it's their right, but at least 5 minutes of courtesy and good manners would be expected given the price of the room

- Very noisy, we could hear neighbors walking, taking shower, water flowing through pipes, cars outside even in our room headed towards the garden - no drawers to store our clothes, so we kept them on a spare bed and on the floor - no door locker for the bathroom, so our kid could enter when we were inside - no water cooker inside the room for making tea - no air conditioning, not necessary in April but this might be a must in summer - hard to reach the host whenever problems arrissed, 2 guests had issues entering their room and they basically broke into their room in the middle of the night and the host didn't show up to help them - the kitchen is shared - the bedsheets and towels were apparently changed daily, but the room garbage bin was never emptied - spammed with 10-15 lengthy emails with the same repetead info regarding our stay

Location is good, love that the sun comes through the curtains in the morning if you leave the shutters open.

There was mold in the bathroom.
