"Good location, really small room & bathroom"

The location

The room and capsule bathroom were really small. Bit dated. Close walking distance to lots od great Gion streets. Lawsons across the road and Tulleys coffee shop at end of Street very convenient

Not the best view from window - but hardly on property so not a problem

"Bestes Hotel meiner Reise"

Wundervolles Zimmer, perfekte Lage und mit einer der nahegelegenen Bushaltestellen erreicht man alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Mir wurde bei der Weiterleitung des Gepäcks zum nächsten Hotel geholfen, mein Koffer konnte ich im Konbini auf der anderen Straßenseite abgeben, und er hat problemlos mein nächstes Hotel erreicht. Ich würde jederzeit mit Freude wieder hier übernachten.

"Pleasant experience and location, but pricy."

The location was great - in the middle of Gion with access to a lot of shops and restaurants.

Be careful not to lose the hotel key card - they run 2200yen each!
