Fireplace, fire pit were nice.

The jacuzzi was out of order. Advertised bar and restaurant no longer exist. No coffee or tea offered in the main lobby. Staff member speaking negatively about another guest who was upset the jacuzzi wasn’t working, as that amenity was why they visited there.

The customer services were exceptional! All the staffs were awesome!

* The jacuzzi was NOT working. We were looking for relaxing in the jacuzzi. It was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I called a week before just to make the jacuzzi was wo, and the was yes. * The breakfast was terrible 😕 If the coffee was cold. The bagels were old. Please don't pay extra for breakfast. Use your money in some place else.
