Location is quite good and convenient. Check in process is quite smooth

The problem is that my room is located next to the entrance, and there is a side window without curtain, though it is not able to seen from outside, light still able to shine into the room. Since it is a motion sensing for the light at the entrance. The lights auto lights up when ever people walk by or triggered by car or animal. The flashing of lights is annoying for my sleep. Its better to add a curtain or switch the light not to be triggered by motion.

Is self check in style, location quite convenient.

Not so enjoy the tatami as we are not used to it. The living room heater is not functioning, when step out the room is freezing.

Feel like staying in local people's house. I love this Japanese room with tatami, paper doors, small table and Japanese decoration corner. The room was huge for 2 people. Clean futons, pillows and blankets were kept neatly in the closet. Small towel, toothbrush were provided on the room corner. Sleeping on futon and fluffy blanket was so comfy. Heater worked well. The electric heat pad under the futon was soooo amazing!!!! It was my first time to see such a thing. Cold floor never bother us anyway. Great location near Izumisano station, 7-11, Seria 100 yen shop, Matsumoto kiyoshi, okonomiyaki food stall, curry restaurant. Easy self check-in/out process, helpful English speaking staff who keen to contact us via booking massage. Really want to go back and stay more days \\(°÷°)//

I was there in early January. Outside temp was around 0°C. The hallway, kitchen area, and bathroom was so cold. The tap water also freezing cold during the night. The bathroom using time was 6.00-23.00 which understandable in winter, but may quite tricky in the hot summer.

Stayed at this place for the last night of our holiday in Japan, very good location for that particular circumstance. It was the closest to a station out of any of our accoms, in a lovely, rural area with local food and shops as well as accessible corner stores. A nice shopping area and Marble Beach are both only one train stop away, and the airport is only two. Easy self check-in, and I was sent a very comprehensive set of instructions and tips beforehand, particularly in locating the building and our mailbox number. Room had enough space for two futons and a few large open suitcases with some room to space (though not that much). There are some ways to lock and store luggage before check-in and after check-out, which were very useful for us as we arrived in the area early. The area was quite quiet, few cars, little noise from others.

Not super comfortable, though that was sort of to be expected with just futons. The room is small, with shared/community bathrooms and showers outside of it. In general would not recommend for longer than a couple nights, no real kitchen situation (ie, no fridge, no microwave) but there were cupboards to store things.
