1) Ease of access to locations of personal interest, 2) Price 3) Comfortability of beds and adjustable air conditioning. 4) Exhaust fan in bathroom helps to remove toilet odors
1) Room had unpleasant odor upon entry--had to buy Febreeze to spray whole room. 2) Lack of breakfast options. 3) No staff at front desk nor way to alert except for knocking on desk. 4) Lack of sink in bathroom space. 5) Refrigerator not operational. Residue on fridge insides indicates lack of cleaning and maintenance.
