The property is in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the availability of parking made our stay much more convenient.The room was clean and comfortable though we found a used socks on one of the drawer🙈. Gid was very friendly and helpful.

Perfectly located for exploring Snowdonia. Nearby walk routes and the village is full of brilliant pubs and shops to dine and socialise in. It was very quiet and didn’t hear or see any of the other guests. The hosts were very welcoming. Very clean and the decor in Room 8 was very tastefully done. We could have asked for more supplies but chose to buy our own teabags and milk as there was a fridge in the wardrobe. I think if you had asked the hosts for advice or supplies, they would have gone out of their way to try and provide. Free parking to the rear of the property.

The water pressure in the shower is poor and they do explain this as it is a Victorian property. We also live in a Victorian property so understand the challenges but the shower in Room 8 was very low in pressure. As a curly haired gal, rinsing shampoo had to be done in the sink. Also don’t use a hairdryer in the room… set off the fire alarm leading to the host asking to come into the room post shower which was a bit awkward. I’d suggest taking your own towel if you like to wrap up in a cosy bath sheet after a day climbing as the towels are on the small side.
