Excellent stay at this guest house. Immaculate & beautifully presented accommodation & owners who are friendly, welcoming & their hardwork reflects the cosy guesthouse. The owners work hard in the background, allowing you space to explore & enjoy your surroundings. Mini-bar in the lovely lounge if you fancy a drink (alcoholic & non-alcoholic available). We didn't opt for breakfast as we aren't breakfast people but it is available. They don't serve lunch or dinner meals but the guesthouse is approx 1 minute from the town centre where there are at least 6 eateries available (one of those is a curry house, a Chinese restaurant further up the road & rest are pubs or cafe. There is a proper kettle in the room along with beverage making facilities- wi-fi-bodywash/shower toiletries with a flannel. The shower isn't a powerful one & it can keep cutting out (perhaps this is due to other guests running their showers around same time?) Anyway we have experienced this in other stays too so not just a singular guesthouse issue. The property does have some parking spots which is highly recommend as parking Betsy Cowyd can be an issue & it does get busy. There us a train station to explore with an art gallery. A few different independent shops to look in as well as 'outdoor wear' shops to browse. You can drive further afield, around 5 minutes up the road via car will get you to Zip world. And approx. 30 minutes drive from Llandudno & nearest McDonald's retail park along with a cinema & a KFC. Back in Betsy Cowyd there are plenty of walks to be had- walks to suit everyone. Overall a lovely little town with an excellent guesthouse with fantastic hard-working owners. One of the nicest guesthouses we have had the pleasure of staying in. Just a few points to consider: There is no lift to get to various floors (if wheelchair accessibility is an issue the wouldn't recommend) No disabled access.

The toilet seat wasn't fitted properly so had to be careful of how sat on it otherwise went for a ride.

The rooms where lovely, clean and modern. Had everything I needed and then some!

Had a lovely stay here at Afon View. My room was perfect, really comfortable and had a great view. The bed was super comfy too, I had such a good sleep! The hosts were great! Really friendly and went out of their way to be hospitable and accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again!

I would recommend this stay to everyone! What an amazing place. The hospitality shown by the owners was outstanding, with clear information sent ahead of our stay, which was useful throughout to refer to. My partner and I are vegan, and were well catered for. The vegan pancakes in particular were amazing. The room was beautiful, incredibly clean and relaxing.I can't wait to stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at this B&B in Wales. The place was cozy, spotless, and full of character, with beautiful surroundings that made it feel truly special. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. It was the ideal spot to relax and also a great base for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Wales and would love to come back! 🌿✨
