Super Lage, super nette Mitarbeiter. Frühstück war okay. Sehr unkomplizierter Checkin. Alles einwandfrei.

Eventuell etwas größere Auswahl beim Frühstück.

L'emplacement est parfait, l'immeuble de qualité et lachambre grande et bien équipée. L'accueil professionnel, efficace et sympathique.

Un seul problème, mais de taille: la climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, on a donc eu très chaud, beaucoup de mal à dormir et le bruit de la rue parce qu' on a du ouvrir les fenêtres à cause fe la chaleur. Nous l' avons signalé le matin au responsable, qui a pris note mais n' a pas proposé de geste commercial.

"A lovely accomodation in the heart of Lucca"

Theroom was very comfortable and perfectly situated in the city. The staff were warm and excellent hosts. Breakfast was delicious and included several selections from the local bakery.

It was the perfect place to stay if visiting beautiful, full of history, Lucca...in the middle of everything Lucca has to offer! Exceptionaly clean, comfortable with a delicious breakfast. Gabriel makes a great coffee!
